Beginning in the fall of 2006, Camelot Realty Group was formed bring a combined 20 + years of extensive experience to the management & development industry, along with the strong ‘street know how' that is needed in order to properly manage buildings in New York City.

Our philosophy is a concentrated focus on accommodating the needs of Camelot’s clientele. We have encountered the full spectrum of issues that arise when a property is properly managed and when it is not. It is our hands on approach tempered with our experience that allows our clients to know that their properties are in goods hands, increasing rent rolls for rental buildings, streamlining operations for cooperatives & condominiums, or simply easing a board’s or owner’s burden in ensuring the financial stability and wherewithal of the property.

We use fresh new approaches to tackle the most common and uncommon issues that arise during day-to-day property management. However, we can not forget where we came from and what we have learned from our predecessors.
